Catching up with myself

I took the train to a nearby town this week

Just for a day trip

I saw some of the sights and spent time alone reflecting and catching the sunshine

It was great to catch up with myself

I need to record Open Doors soon

Hopefully next week

I don't feel the energy for it yet

I made more progress with the new book- Is it safe to come out yet?-

A proof copy will soon be ready

I'm walking lots lately again

I decided to get over the virus I had

I took a cold shower the last few days

The mental health has improved

It was a tough winter
